Sports

The Sports curriculum is designed to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for active living. In the initial phase, students are encouraged to explore multiple sports, allowing them to experience a variety of games and physical activities that develop coordination, endurance, and motor skills. This exploratory approach helps children understand the dynamics of different sports while discovering their own strengths and preferences.

As they progress, students select one particular sport to pursue for the rest of the year, enabling them to deepen their skills, strategic understanding, and commitment in that discipline. The selection process is a collaborative effort between the coaches, who identify individual talents and potential, and the students, who express their personal interests and enthusiasm. This ensures a balance between guided mentorship and self-driven choice.

Through regular practice, inter-house and inter-school competitions, and exposure to sportsmanship values, the programme fosters confidence, resilience, leadership, and respect for teamwork. Overall, the Sports programme aims to nurture well-rounded individuals who value health, discipline, and the spirit of fair play.
